The 8 Dimensions of Wellness is a holistic framework that resonates with me, and it basically says that in addition to thinking about our Physical Well-Being, we can also consider our Emotional, Environmental, Occupational, Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, and Financial Well-Being.
Obviously all dimensions are connected, and sometimes the best way to improve our “physical health” is to set goals and work on growth in other dimensions.
